March in North Hollywood

Over 50,000 people, mostly Armenians, marched in North Hollywood, CA on April 24, 2006 to commemorate the memory of the 1.5 million Armenians massacred in Ottoman Turkey since 1915. Although the Armenian Genocide is widely known, the organized mass murder of Ottoman Armenians is denied by today's Turkish government. © Simon Maghakyan 2006
