i am looking for (traditional) armenian recipes and if I could read and understand russian - I would love this forum. BUT that s the point. I am speaking not any word in russian. Hayeren g´xosim hargav!! Well, can anybudy help me? Can some give my some internet-links or the recipes in armenian/english directly.
And especially this recipes is the one i am looking for for a long time:
made of Garmir Lubia/Red Beans in form of a roll - like bastegh filled with buttercreme. it´s not sweet but it is used as "Meze" Apetizer! So...... WHO CAN HELP ME??
