In case if it turn out that due to managerial problems it will be impossible to order Armenian Universities in Armenia, then I do suggest the activists in Diaspora to launch a high quality Armenian University in Europe, where Armenians from all around the world can get world class education. I fear that such a University is impossible to establish in Armenia because the managerial staff here is quite old minded, so the establishment of World Class Armenian University in Europe is optional. AUA cannot serve as such a hub due to many political reasons. But a good University located in Europe may turn to be a great solution to the problem of Harmonious development of Armenian Civilization as a true Civilization.

My experience shows that there is a set of extremely aggressive users on Hayastan.com forum to which it is permitted by the forum Moderators (this could be done consciously or unconsciously) to terrorize ‘undesired users’ regardless to forum rules. I do suppose that the tactics is rendered during the long period of time of this forum existence and there is no doubt that local operatives of the malignant organization (the both of them: infernal and the human based) are engaged in masterminding that suppression technique. As it seems to me, by simple Delicate NLP they trained a set of aggressive users here on Hayastan com and those one in automated regime like zombies bark on any ideas expressed here not aligned with their outlook and mindset. They provoke very proactively expecting back response trying to suppress all the signs of germs of users consolidation around certain ideas or activities, which may introduce Liberty, Freedom and Independent Will. Some Moderator’s tactics (this could be done consciously or unconsciously) is the following one: they ban ‘undesired users’ leaving the true offender untouched. In this way the spiritual integrity of ‘undesired users’ is disturbed by this infernal gang (a symbiosis of humans and some other parties). Economically non independent people generally are not apt to assert their will, especially in atmosphere of fear and cultural and spiritual depression. What they need more is order, stability and rule of law, they want to live happy life and they do not need any stupid war.
