Get a license in WMPlayer v.10

Hi there

I have some problem getting video files.

When I'm trying to "Get a license" (WMPlayer v.10)

I'm getting internet explorer sript error that says

"License storage is not working."

Before it's works fine. Please Help

First of all, welcome to our forum!

It looks like your license store is corrupted during upgrade the player.

What's your previous player version? What's your OS?

You can try this solution:

Rename the c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM to be c:\Documents

and Settings\All Users\DRMBackUp (Please note that this is the hidden folder, you need to change the setting in explorer->tools->folder options->view and make this folder showed, and make sure you change back to original option after you are done rename).
