hi...what does writting in picture mean ?

Понял отчасти - излагаю, начиная с верхнего левого угла, дословно, как я понял:

"Моему брату, армянину, священнику (Ерец, а может быть фамилия - Ерицян - Л) (далее то ли 400, то ли 600, то ли 700, числа написаны армянскими буквами - Л) числом (наверно имеется ввиду дата вынесения на камне??!!)"
