I don't know what they are buying now? Mig-29s from russia or Web Servers from Malaysia. However each and every president of Armenia understands the importance of communication ease with the world, and directs investment insentives into that areaAnd besides for a country like Armenia which has to advertice to the world about their "genocide" and "suffer from Azerbaijani agression" internet means a lot... They have to let the world know about "duduk and dhol" before we finally sing our Mugam, they have to let the world know about "genocide" before turks come up with historical proofs, and they have to show on purpose suffering of refugees claiming that we are the agressive neighbor, before we come up with our refugees.So do not be surpriced about the number of subscribers in Armenia, I don't think they will run to far ahead of Azerbaijan, but it will take awhile to catch up with them in internal-communication reformation. Но цели всетаки не те, точнее не все назвал.Цель Армении на сегоднящний день, стать технологическим центром этого региона. Хотя много проблем. Основное это связь-ArmenianTelecommunications(ArmenTel).
