A member of the Armenian community ignorantly walks by Hanala Stadner's "My Parents Went Through the Holocaust and All I Got Was This Loosy T-Shirt" book's poster during the Armenian Genocide commemoration march in Little Armenia (North Hollywood), CA on April 24, 2006. Despite the similarities between the Holocaust and the Armenian Genocide, many Armenians and Jews are ignorant toward the tragedy of the "other." © Simon Maghakyan 2006© Hayastan.com

Over 50,000 people, mostly Armenians, marched in North Hollywood, CA on April 24, 2006 to commemorate the memory of the 1.5 million Armenians massacred in Ottoman Turkey since 1915. Although the Armenian Genocide is widely known, the organized mass murder of Ottoman Armenians is denied by today's Turkish government. © Simon Maghakyan 2006© Hayastan.com

Armenian Genocide replied to jersey's topic in Diaspora
Bakvic paxac @ntaniq a exel... hayi baxt -

You are right, but at least the MEPs will get really pissed off. Even if they visited Djulfa, what would change?
