Не отрецаю, я был ироничен. Был ироничен потаму что неверное легче было бы написать что вы не требуите, чем написать то что вы требуите. Чтобы исполнить то что там изложено надо менять политический, економический и социалний курс страны из за того что бы угадить одному (не очень значителному) региону старны.

Thousands, sometimes tens of thousands, of protesters have rallied daily since the February 19 election, in which Prime Minister Serge Sarkisian was declared the winner. Sarkisian is a close colleague of Kocharian, who is stepping down because the constitution does not permit him to seek a third term. Opponents allege the government manipulated the vote count.

Вот почему то был уверен что кто нибуть ето скажет, мог бы даже поспорить

Во многом согласен нашет возможности М-4 и АК-47. Нашет того что М-4 нужен уход, тоже правда, но его будут раздавать только професионалам, потаму что у нас скоро вообше не будет призивов в армию, а в место етого просто будут солдаты, которые доброволно выбрали ету кариеру. Их будут обучать и плотит зарплату. Запланировано что у нас будет армия 32 000 человек. Конечно етого не достаточно для ведения полномаштабной воины, потаму у нас еше есть резервисты. Все мусчини 27 лет и выше должни участвовать в учениях а им именно будут раздавать АК-47 и никто никогда не думал им раздавать М-4. Ето будет сверхтупо Формула получаеться такая: в случий конфликта первим делает свое дело армия, а если ее не хватает то дело вмешаються и резервисты. Вот такая схема, которую я сшитаю очень умной и в то же времия економной.
