I also thought about it. I think it is possible to do in summer months. But I shall double check, in any case. Kars Posted May 10, 2007 Author Report Share Posted May 10, 2007 bell-the-cat, I did some research on Internet regarding this mountain pass (from Sasun to Mush over Taurus) and got conflicting information. But looks like you are right. I found no solid confirmation of the existence of such road. We’ll probably have to revise our route and get to Mush from Sasun via Bitlis and Tatvan. In any case, I greatly appreciate your input in this topic – you are one of very few who is familiar with local geography and conditions. Though I have visited many places in Yergir, I’ve never been in this particular area of Armenia. All advice or suggestions are very much welcomed.
